Diversifying Revenue Streams

An ABA festival member who has heavily relied on public funding aims to reduce dependence on this particular source by diversifying its revenue streams. To gain insights into effective strategies for becoming less reliant on government funds, ABA conducted interviews with seven festivals that have demonstrated success in diversifying or expanding their revenue sources.
