Perri Strawn
Lead Facilitator
Perri Strawn is an executive coach, leadership consultant and facilitator specializing in supporting senior executives in mission-driven organizations to cultivate change and elevate impact. Across her career, Perri has partnered with hundreds of leaders across diverse sectors, including health care, higher education, the arts, media and professional services. As a Lead Facilitator for ABA, she teaches workshops for arts leaders around the world as part of ABA’s leadership development program.
In her coaching and facilitation practice, Perri draws on her experience of nearly two decades as an executive with The Advisory Board Company in Washington, DC, where she was instrumental in launching the firm’s leadership development business, designing and delivering curriculum for hospital executives, and later helping to launch the firm’s higher education practice. Trained as an anthropologist, she has experience driving change and developing leaders in complex organizational settings.
Perri is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and has extensive training in advanced coaching approaches, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence. She lives in the Greater Philadelphia area with her husband and when she is not working or meditating, she can be found outdoors birdwatching near her home, in the next county over, or in another country.
