Lead Facilitator
Jen Person is an executive and leadership coach and leadership development consultant, and the founder of Boundless Horizon, LLC. Through her practice, she partners with mid- to senior-level professionals and organizations who want to deepen their capacity to lead, expand their influence, and cultivate the awareness and trust needed to lead confidently through complexity. This work brings her to organizations like ABA, where she serves as a Lead Facilitator for their leadership development programs. There, she designs and delivers experiences that help leaders across the arts sector navigate their unique challenges with grace and resilience.
Jen's approach is grounded in more than 20 years of hands-on experience in corporate America, where she led large sales and client success teams in the healthcare technology industry — holding leadership roles at The Advisory Board Company in Washington, DC, and Optum in Eden Prairie, MN. That experience, paired with her certification as an ICF Integral Coach® and her expertise in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0) and Adaptive Leadership, shapes the way she works: with clarity, warmth, and a deep respect for the people in the room.
Jen lives in the Midwest with her husband, two kids, and their loyal Labrador, and stays active in her community through board leadership with Bluestem Communities and her local public library.
