It is a series of interactive trainings to help arts and culture leaders and individuals strengthen their managerial and professional skills.

Participants have the flexibility to work through the entire series or to select the sessions most relevant to them. 

These sessions are available exclusively for ABA members.

The sessions are designed to be interactive and include a mix of questions and discussions, as well as the use of breakout rooms.

Active participation is required for all participants for the duration of each session. If your schedule does not allow you to commit to being fully present and engaged, please consider waiting for another date that works better for you.
