Monica Rezac

Monica joined the Advisory Board for the Arts as Manager for Surveys and Analytics in 2023.
Her career focus has been on research methodology including survey design and how to incorporate survey research into broader insights and strategy across the nonprofit sector, academia, and industry.
Monica began her research career in public libraries, having prior experience working in customer-facing library roles. This context of public service shaped her perspective on navigating research with the views of both the organization and its audience in mind.
Monica received her Master in Library Science and Doctor of Philosophy in Research Methods and Statistics from the University of Denver.
She currently lives near Lake Superior in Wisconsin with her family.
