Management Fundamentals is a series of interactive trainings to help arts and culture leaders tune-up their managerial and coaching skills.
Covering a variety of topics from communication styles to managing difficult conversations, participants have the flexibility to work through the entire series or to select the sessions most relevant to them.
Details regarding each session and our upcoming offerings can be found below. These sessions are available exclusively for ABA members.
-
Management Fundamentals is designed to be interactive and sessions include a mix of questions and discussion with facilitators as well as the use of breakout rooms. Active participation is required for all participants for the duration of each session. Registration is limited to 35 participants per session. If your schedule does not allow you to commit to being fully present and engaged, please consider waiting for another date that works better for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your participation after registration, please contact us at register@advisoryarts.com. Failure to do so may result in ABA canceling your registration(s) for other scheduled sessions.
