Allyson Arnone
Custom Research Manager
Allyson joined the Advisory Board for the Arts in December 2020 after a six-month internship with the team as part of her graduate studies. In her role as Custom Research Manager, she supports our members with all qualitative research projects.
Prior to ABA, Allyson spent a year in Milan, Italy to complete her Master in Arts Management & Administration from SDA Bocconi School of Management. Before that, she spent 3 years in talent acquisition at Success Academy Charter Schools, where she managed the hiring processes for key roles across human resources, marketing, operations, and technology. Allyson also has recruitment and communications experience in the hospitality and non-profit sectors.
Allyson earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Tufts University. She currently lives in Washington, D.C.
